Michel Meurger is a French folklorist attached to various scholarly institutions in Europe. He has contributed articles in the field of 'modern legends' to Fabula and Fortean Times. Claude Gagnon teaches the philosophy of science at the College Edouard-Montpetit and at the University of Quebec, Montreal.
