A delicate taste of fresh Sweet Mint - a must for all cuts of lamb.

To use this glaze take 1kg of your chosen meat, place in suitable bag or container with 100g of glaze, shake well to entirely cover contents. Allow to rest before cooking.
Glazes are supplied as dry powders designed to coat the meat and then 'wet out' to give a sauce like appearance – but unlike a sauce there is little drip, mess and wastage while preparing the product.

Ideal for flavouring meat, poultry, fish & vegetables prior to roasting, baking or barbecuing.
Mix with mayonnaise for tasty sandwich dressings.
