Manfrotto Huge 68" Monopod & 3Pod Ball Head With Quick Release Plate & 2 Levels.
The upper section diameter is 35mm and you can use this combination as a self-defense stick :-)
It is in great condition with minimal signs of wear on aluminum and functions as it should.
All operations are smooth and solid when tightened. The bottom shoe made from plastic, not from rubber, and its removable
with 3/8" screw. I didn't find any info about this monopod and a head, but they are very strong and you cannot move the ball
by hands. I am sure it will be good enough for medium format camera with regular lens.

The head is used, in excellent working and normal used cosmetic condition with some signs of 
wear all around, but nothing bad. STRONG ENOUGH TO HOLD ANY CAMERA, UP TO DSLR 
FORMAT WITH REGULAR LENS.

The 3Pod Ball Head by Flashpoint is a lightweight aluminum ball head that features an Arca-type compatible quick-release system. It has a large locking knob to control the movement of the ball, and a separate knob for the 360° panning movement. The release plate is not original, but does the job.

The head's multiple knobs enable higher-precision adjustments to the head than are possible with single-lever heads. Taking panoramic photos is simple, for instance, because you can pan a specific number of degrees while keeping the head's tilt position locked. 

The included quick-release plate attaches to your camera via its standard 1/4" screw, and is secured in place with an Arca-type clamp. A locking knob controls the opening and closing of the aluminum clamp simply and reliably. The bubbles on the plate are full and working.
