Returns/exchange:

I do accept return within 30 days after the product has been received. If you wish to return, please send me an email so I can provide you with instruction on how to send it back. If you send it back without my knowledge, please be aware that I will refused the package and it will be send back to you.  All item(s) returned must be in brand new, unused, untouched, condition. I inspect all of my items before I ship it out so I know it's brand new. If I feel that the item(s) received has been used, unfortunately, I won't be able to issue you a refund. As all used items will go into the trash can. Thanks!

Shipping:
