This heater comes with all of our restored/made parts inside:

Our famous restored burner unit with new screen/filter mesh, mounting plate and glow pin 

(glow pin is used, but tested, we only use 0,24-0,29ohm, Webasto says it can be used unitl 0,325ohm)

Restored air fan

New aftermarket or cleaned and tested original water pump

And all kinds of other small stuff including all the gaskets, seals, hose clamps.

Rebuild information:

All the aluminum parts was sand blasted, cleaned and then powder coated. (with heat resistant powder)

Heat exchanger's inside was carefully inspected and then cleaned with aggressive chemicals just to make sure it can dissipate the heat as much as it can. Or in other words to work as much efficient as it can.

Why we sell this unit without pcb ? 

Quite a few of our costumers actually asked for this kind of configuration and we allready sold a bunch of these burners. There are a few reasons for this.

First of all is if the costumer wants to rebuild thier old and worn out heating system, with this unit you can simply swap your existing PCB into a new heater, and have the same controls, just a new heater. 

This way you would some money by keeping your old PCB that is quite expensive and doesn't wear if its correctly installed and it is waterproofed. Just simply replace the whole unit with worn out parts into a new one.

Second is that there are plenty of aftermarket PCB's that can control your heater even with the APP on your phone, so you can buy this heater and PCB from another trusted seller and enjoy heat in your car or boat with the controller you like.

Warranty:

6 moths warranty for the whole unit or seperate parts.

We will give you 6 months warranty from the purchase date. Everything is labeled and marked.

Dont buy this unit if you're not sure if you can install this by yourself. 

Warranty does not cover if:

Faults caused by incorrect installation, maintenance, voltage or connection, lightning, external damage, accidents or moisture.

Faults caused by unauthorised repair or any other party who is not authorised by us.

If the buyer has removed the seals (special labels that you can't peel off)
