   damaged in transit

Question: What happens if the goods are damaged in transit?

•Please check your interests on delivery and if the package is damaged, you must inform delivery person and write damaged parcel or tick on "Unchecked" when signing for delivery. If you have received goods damaged in transit, you must report to us within 48 hours of receipt. We cannot accept any damage claims outside of this time frame.

•Please take few pictures of the box with a label showing if possible, and the item then send us via eBay MESSAGE required by the courier, and write your eBay ID in the email for reference.
