1.Please do NOT use all the ink up and then refill the new one, that may hurts your printer head. We suggest you to leave a little ink in the printer cartridges and then clean it and refill new one.

2.Please DO clean your printer head, ink cartridges and any cleanable parts that has old inks before you using our ink to start printing ; If you add ink to the original cartridges or disposable cartridges , the ink would not   be recognized by the printer and would not work.

3.If necessary, please test a few sheets before you do bulk printing.
