This particular hat is a
classic style structured ball cap, in other words, the front two panels are
structured (buckram reinforced) and the back four panels unstructured. In addition, it's made of 100% cotton twill,
double layered, triple seemed and tough as nails! And that's not just marketing hype, the
second you pick it up you'll be saying to yourself that it's the best made hat
you've ever seen. One size fits most using a hook and loop (velcro) adjuster on
the back. Fits adult sized heads from
small (6-3/4 or 54 cm) to XL (7-3/4 or 62 cm).
Velcro zenith is set at 7-1/4 (58 cm).
Each of the 6 panels has an eyelet to provide the perfect amount of
ventilation for your head.

This particular hat is a
classic military grade MESH BACK Trucker style cap, in other words, the front
two panels are structured (buckram reinforced) and the back four panels have
what we call 'Dura Mesh', which is a super tough synthetic mesh fabric.. Those front two panels are made of 100%
cotton twill and they are double layered with triple seems. One size fits most using a snapback style
adjuster on the back. Fits adult sized
heads from small (6-3/4 or 54 cm) to XL (7-3/4 or 62 cm). Adjuster tab zenith is set at 7-1/4 (58 cm.
DAD
CAP: Military Grade
Unstructured ‘DAD’ Cap
Double Layered – Triple Seemed – Tough As Nails!
This particular hat is a classic military grade unstructured
‘Dad’ style cap which basically means there is no structure to it except for
the bill. It’s also not thin and wimpy
like every other ‘Dad’ cap out there, this one we have custom made to our
specifications, it’s thick, it’s tough, and it will last a lifetime. It also screams quality so if you are gifting
it expect some high praise! As far as
size it will pretty much fit most sized heads.
We use a anti-corrosive metal adjuster on the back and will fit adult
sized heads from small (6-3/4 or 54 cm) to XL (7-3/4 or 62 cm). Adjuster tab zenith is set at 7-1/4 (58 cm.

Fitted and Flexible – the
ultimate combination! Flexfit hats blend
the strength of polyester, the breathability of cotton and the stretch of spandex
to provide unmatched comfort and durability.
Material composition is 63% Polyester, 34% Cotton and 3% Spandex.
6 panel architecture, silver
undervisor with 8 rows of stitching for added durability.
Mid profile with 6
embroidered eyelets for maximum ventilation.
The front two panels are fused with buckram not only giving it the
signature ‘Flexfit’ shape but ensures the shape is maintained for the life of
the hat.
Sizing: We recommend the following guideline (also see image for sizing recommendations). S/M: 6-3/4 to 7-1/4. L/XL: 7-3/8 to 7-3/4. XL/XXL: 7-3/4 to 8.
CADET CAP (aka Castro Cap): Military
