This is a beautiful old trade card. Are we to believe every elderly "Grandmother" in the 1880's had to wear a head cover like that? A lace bed cap, hat or whatever!! NO WAY! Not then and not now! But soooo many old trade cards depict elderly ladies just like that! Wearing glasses maybe, but that head cover, that's just wrong! She is knitting with "EUREKA SILK" and the little stocking is coming right along. Interesting and colorful trade card with no serious problems on the front. The back shows age.
