Returns
Returns are not accepted in most circumstances.
If you absolutely want to return the item, then you will be responsible for the shipping charges back to us.
Once we receive the return, we will refund you for the original item cost, but not the original shipping paid (as we already paid to send the item out to you in the first place).
If there was an issue with your item please contact us and we can see what we can do to help.
Local Pickups
We unfortunately do not offer Local pickups for our listings. All orders must be shipped.
Returned Packages:
In some rare cases, packages may get returned to us. If this is due to an error on your end you will be responsible for it.
If a package is returned to us due to an error in the address, or not being claimed, then we are charged a return shipping fee. You will be responsible to cover this. We may then resend the package once we get it back, but usually this takes a while. You will also have to repay for shipping to have it resent out again.
Insurance:
Insurance is Available for all shipped orders upon request. Insurance will cover you in the following scenarios:
-Item tracking shows delivered, but you never received it. If tracking shows delivered, but you didn't have insurance, we will not be able to do anything to help unfortunately.
This is a rare case, but can occur sometimes, less than <1% of the time.
-Item box itself shows up severely damaged, resulting in damages to the product (photos will be required for evidence and submission)
-Insurance Claims require a form to be filled out by the buyer (you) for the process to be started. Once started, it normally takes about 2 weeks, after which we can provide you with a refund if successful.
