Come experience a tall ship adventure
aboard the Bill of Rights.
Whether you are a landlubber or an old salt, you will enjoy the history and adventure of tall ship sailing aboard our 136′ gaff-rigged schooner. Our home port is Chula Vista Harbor, located in the south San Diego bay surrounded by San Diego’s Marine Reserve. The BILL OF RIGHTS is an active tall ship.  This year we will be the training vessel for Sea Cadet sailing voyages to Catalina, we’ll participate in Tall Ship Festivals (with privateers aboard) in Marina del Rey, Dana Point, and San Diego.  When the boat is not on sail training missions or chartered, we offer the public a great opportunity to cruise San Diego Bay and take a hand a sailing a tall ship.
