How to Filter Frying Oil for Reuse:

Oil can be used more than once don’t worry about the cost of

expensive "professional" or "industrial" oil filters. Here is how to do it cheap!

Steps to Filter Frying Oil for Reuse

When you are done frying for the day,

scoop out any large chunks that are left in the oil.

Allow the oil to cool to 150 - 170 °F, 65 - 75 °C.

Place  our 300 micron net filter over jar and roll over
the edge and tighten cord and knot to lip of a jar.

Pour the warm oil into the filter being careful not to overfill the filter.

It will take a few minutes for the oil to pass through.
Caution. The oil maybe still hot enough to cause a burn.

When the oil has run though, carefully remove the filter bag

and place a the lid on the jar.

Store your oil for your next cooking job be it deep frying,

stir frying, pan seasoning or just lubricant duty.
