2. Make sure that the wattage (volts and amperes) of the USB Type C adapter (not included) is not lower than the input of the laptop (you can check it at the bottom of the laptop). For example, your laptop input is 19.5V 3.33A 65W, then your USB C adapter (not included) should not be less than 65W, otherwise it will not work properly. Some customers often use their USB phone adapters (not included) to charge their laptops, but the power is very small and of course it does not work.
