The chairs all look pretty much perfect, and the table top is in great condition overall, although there are very subtle signs of wear (very light scratches that are almost invisible unless you really look closely).

I bought the set about five years ago from Ashley Furniture, and I'm selling it because I just never use it. I bought the set for $799.

There is some assembly required, but it's really easy. The four table legs just need to be screwed into the table top. It will also be need to be disassembled upon pick-up (I'd do it, but I'm laid up in a wheelchair :)).

The item's too big to ship, so it has to be pick-up only in Port Orange, Florida. Thanks for understanding!
