THIS IS AN AWESOME FIND!!

Book is in very good condition for its age.  Shelf wear on front and back cover, edges, corners, and spine.  Hinges on front and back cover are worn. Page vii-viii is detached from spine and outside edge is tattered.  Bottom corner of page xi-xii is torn and missing.  Page 219-220 has a large tear at the gutter.  A few other pages have very minimal tears on the bottom and top edges.  Pages have browned from age.  No writing. No missing pages.  Binding is tight, other than page vii-viii being detached.
