The Polycom box was from a different phone but it looks nice and is included with this Item. Comes complete with 25ft Ethernet cable and copy of the Quick Start Guide. This phone is designed for small to midsize rooms with up to 12 participants. No power supply is supplied as it is not required if using with a PoE router or PoE switch. SoundStation IP 6000 Power Kit part number 2200-42740-001 is sold separately. GAVX tested the SoundStation IP 6000 when we received it and, as always, we will test it again prior to shipping to Buyer. Includes 1-Year Warranty to replace failed components, installation support and technical support provided by GAVX Inc. over the phone.

SoundStation IP 6000 connects directly to your Ethernet LAN connection provided you have a compatible VoIP switch of your own or you are subscribed to a compatible hosted VoIP service. Most hosted VoIP services are compatible with Polycom because Polycom led the market to VoIP and is still a market leader in VoIP telephony. Polycom phones are compatible with Asterisk based switches and Broadsoft among others. Asterisk is an Open Source VoIP telephone system developed by Digium and thousands of freelance programmers. Digium's Switchvox is one of hundreds of switches derived from Asterisk. Broadsoft is a switch used by many of the world's largest Internet and Communications Service Providers. This SoundStation IP 6000 will be packaged professionally. The original packaging will be double-boxed to better protect the Polycom packaging and its contents. Components will not be allowed to shift inside the package. This system will come with a 1-Year Warranty for end-users at the location we ship to. Resellers will receive a 2 day warranty. We will provide two hours of free technical installation support with the end user purchaser and ongoing trouble resolution, if necessary, during the warranty period.
We are a Polycom certified dealer for videoconference equipment currently being manufactured by Polycom. GAVX No Remorse Upgrade Option: If you purchase this conference phone and decide that it works well but want a new Polycom conferencing phone, you may trade the Polycom you purchase from us, at full purchase value, toward a new Polycom at any time within the first 90 days.
