 Warranty: We offer a 14-days warranty against manufacturer’s defects.  If a product is defective, we may choose to repair, replace, or offer a refund at our discretion.  If there are parts included in the list, but you did not receive them, we will send you the missing parts.  Please do not ask for a refund.  It will not be honored.  Refunds are for DEFECTIVE products that we can’t repair or replace only!!  Products that are returned to us that are not defective will be charged a 10% restocking fee and shipping and handling fees will not be refunded.  Shipping and Handling is non-refundable.  Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
