  GRADING INFORMATION:

As stated above, our graded mobile products are all used and graded, and the definition of the grades is as follows :

Grade A : Product is high quality in appearance though it has been used. The parts are not retail packaged, but will come in a protective bag. There may be a small amount of dust and there will be some sign of usage though any marks will be minor. We reject any with major scratches or cracks. They are guaranteed to be 100% genuine original parts.

Grade B : Product is still of high quality in appearance. There are no cracks or major scratches but it will have some minor scratches, cosmetic marks, or scuffs.

Grade B+ : Product is still of very high quality in appearance. There are no cracks or major scratches but it will have very little minor scratches, cosmetic marks, or scuffs.

Grade C : Product is of lower quality in appearance than grade A or B, but is still free from any breaks or cracks. In many cases, an Item is graded C because of a single mark or scratch or because one part of the housing shows more wear than the rest. They are still guaranteed to be 100% genuine and fit for purpose. This grade is ideal for customers who want a replacement part for a cracked or physically broken product.

• All DOA (dead on arrival) products must be reported to us for exchange within 48 hours of their receipt according to date of stamp by secure shipping company in order to process a return of your item. You have returned DOA products to us within 3 days. Delays on reporting problem of product will not be followed. After 3 days of DOA, items will be treated as product defect after use. DOA is determined as the delivery date and time indicated by the carriers' online tracking system. You are responsible if the shipment is misplaced. Please provide shipment tracking number, carrier name and carrier details when you are sending us.
         
         
         
• We will email you a RMA number (Return Material Authorization) within 72 hours of your request along with return instructions for your item once RMA is approved. All RMA numbers are valid for 7 days from their original date of issue.
         
         
         
• Items must be returned in original package along with all contents received,   Include the item and all accessories in the original condition, in which the item was received, and enclose details of your eBay User Id and Item Number. Otherwise extra fees for missing and or damaged parts will apply.
         
         
         
• Units returned and found not to be defective will be returned at buyer's (bidder) expense.
       

What the RETURN does not cover :

       
• All DOA products haven't be reported to us for exchange within 48 hours of their receipt according to date of stamp by secure shipping company.
       
• Returned packages without an RMA number or with an invalid or expired RMA number will not be accepted or followed.
             
         
       
• Damage, deterioration or malfunction resulting from:            
               
  • Accident, misuse, neglect, fire, water, lightning, or other acts of nature, unauthorized product modification, or failure to follow instructions supplied with the product.
               
  • Repair or attempted repair by anyone.
               
  • Any damage of the product due to shipment.
               
  • Normal wear and tear.
               
  • Any other cause, which does not relate to a product defect.
             
         
     

       
• Item will be shipped through Royal Mail by post.
       
• Worldwide shipment.
       
• International shipping charges may vary depending on location of countries.
       
• Shipping charges can not be combined with other auctions.
       
• Item(s) are shipped within 72 business hours of payment receipt.
       
• Buyer from oversea, you will receive the item around 2 - 5 weeks after payment receipt.
