• All items will be shipped out by airmail from Hong Kong by Hong Kong Post, because Hong Kong Post is faster and the service is better.

• It usually takes approximately 10-21 days to receive order (mostly in 10-15 days; if slow, you will receive it within a month), actually depends on postal process. if you are in Italy, Spain, South America, and Mid East, it will take over 30 days even more.

• Items will be shipped out within 24 hours after payment cleared.

• Our Store offers a 14 days (from buyer received) return and exchange policy. If you're not 100% satisfy with our products, you can return them within 14 days for a full refund (Price+Shipping cost,the shipping back fees not include) or for an exchange.
