Shipping price quoted to foreign locations is for USPS 1st Class International Letter Service, meaning the service will allow two, possibly three covers or cards depending on thickness of the mailer.
If more covers or cards are added, and the mailer thickness increases beyond the allowable limit, then 1st Class International Small Parcel Rate must be used. The shipping rate will have to be adjusted significantly upward because the U.S. Post Offices made rate changes made for this service.
