This is a used antique hand tool. This is a wood handle leather butted; sewing or stitching awl for leather or harness repair. Awl end has a cast iron chuck to make needle end changeable. Tool is 4-1/8" in length as shown. It is not maker marked. It shows some age and use wear, with some splitting of wood. Awl is otherwise in good used condition.
