This is a used vintage hubcap or wheel cover. This is a chromed steel hubcap and I think was from a 1955-1956 FORD. Hubcap has a factory painted cream colored or tan ring at center. Hubcap is 10-3/4" in diameter. It is "as found " except for a quick wash. Hubcap is in good used condition.
