1) Payment- We only accept payment through PayPal as it is the easiest way for an online payment. There are no hidden charges. You pay what you see .
2) Shipping - We ship all over the world within 12-48 hours of the time when you make payment to PayPal , through Indian Post, and FeDex etc. Normally , delivery takes 10-15 days (time may be extended due to festivals or some unforeseen circumstances) depending upon the city and country. Any item on customer's specification may take extra time to customize as per customer's requirement.

3) Custom Policy - We do not accept any responsibility for custom charges , taxes and duties in your country. They are not included in our prices. 4) Return/Exchange Policy - 100% money back guarantee to all our valuable customer within 30 days of date of delivery and on return of the product in the same condition as received. We are unable to offer any exchange unless product is deemed to be found damaged / faulty. Refunds will be issued for your returns and you many reorder the desired item that you need.
The buyer must bear the return shipping charges as per eBay policy.

Included in the return you must include your full contact details and the reason for return.
