RETURNING AN ITEM:

Either for a refund or exchange, but you must make sure the product is unopened, unused, in its original packaging, including all shrink wrap, leaflets, instructions, and in a re-sellable condition. Also, please make sure you include the necessary detail of your full name, delivery address and reason for return on a paper, so this will not delay processing the return.

PLEASE NOTE: Always acquire free proof of postage when returning the product to us. Just in case your parcel is lost in transit, or we have any issues when we have received it back at our premises. Please keep this safe until we have processed your return.

We cannot refund the return postage costs if you do not follow our returns instructions or the product is not faulty, such as wear and tear, neglect, misuse or accidents. FAULTY ITEMS:

If your order is less than 60 days old, we are happy to replace or refund the product if it is deemed faulty. If the product has been used, please make sure that it has been cleaned before returning it, as this will help us speed up the processing time. If we deem the product not to be in a faulty condition, we will return the product to you at your own expense.

LINGERIE/CLOTHING/COSTUMES:

When ordering any lingerie, clothing or costumes, please be aware that you can try this on to check the sizing or style, but please try them on over your underwear. As we cannot accept any damaged or marked products of this nature for a refund or exchange. Please make sure you keep all the original packaging, tags or hygiene labels intact, otherwise we cannot accept the return.

PROCESSING:

Once we receive your product back to our premises, we will process your refund request or replacement. It can take up to 14 days to process in our busy periods, but it’s usually done much faster.
