1.Blade: The Blade Of The Sword Has Been Hand Forged Using The Ancient Method Of Sword Making . Full Hand Forged And Full Hand Polished.
2.This blade is made of folded 1060 steel and has folded 13 times to create the 1024 layers to increase the flexibility and hardness of the blade and a distinct texture is left on the blade as a result of the repeated folding during the process. The visible tenuous undulating grain on the blade was resulted from folded repeatedly during forging.
3.This blade comes with a full length Tang which greatly enhances the strength of the sword. this sword is strong enough to Cut through a thick bamboo tree with a single strike yet sharp enough to slice paper.
4.Fitting:Koshirae: The Tsuba (Guard), Made Of High Quality alloy .The brass Habaki (Blade Collar) Is A One Piece Construction. Two brass Seppas (Spacer) Secure The Tsuba.
5.Tsuka: The Tsuka (Handle) Core Is Wooden And It Is Tightly Wrapped Over Genuine Ray Skin (Samegawa) With Ito Wrapped.The Full Tang Of The Sword Is Secured By Two Mekugi (Peg) . You Can Unassembled The Blade From The Handle By Taking Out 2 Pegs.
