NEW OLD STOCK | DR. LOCKE 12 2E STUNNING BROWN CAPTOE OXFORD VINTAGE.

An amazing pair of captoe oxfords by an obscure American manufacturer, Dr. Locke. Based on the construction details, these appear to date back to the 1960s or perhaps earlier.

The leather is incredibly supple and soft. The stitch density is truly impressive. The sole may be considered a spade sole to some as well. I do not believe pictures do these shoes justice. These are some of the finest shoes ever in my possession.

You may find slight scuffs on sole and upper from storage wear. Otherwise in pristine, unworn condition. Includes box, however it’s missing the lid. Let me know if you have any questions or require additional pictures or measurements.
