Items are shipped by first class delivery to United Kingdom within 1 business day of cleared payment. We will ship your orders same day if the payment received before 4pm on any working day. Any orders cleared after 4pm on FRIDAY and at the weekend are posted on Monday. Any orders received during a Bank Holiday are posted next working day.ORDERS CLEARED BEFORE 4PM WILL BE DISPATCHED SAME WORKING DAY. WE DON'T DO SATURDAY&SUNDAY DISPATCH.

Please note, sometimes an item can be delayed or lost by the postal system. In any such event Royal Mail stipulate that both the sender and recipient MUST allow 15 working days before a missing item can be reported.

RETURNS

We offer a no-hassle exchange or refund policy within 14 days starting from the day you receive your item, if you are not satisfied with the item. Please note: We cannot issue a refund or replacement until we have received the original item back.

If you change your  mind and wish to return or exchange the product you must notify us within 5 days of purchase

We must receive the product within 10 days

We always update ebay order with tracking details.
