SAC (Slow Axis Correction) lens. For 21 emitter 1cm laser diodes only.

These are AR coated for 800 to1000nm. The greenish coated are for the higher end 900-1000nm as I had those in a 980nm laser I sold. The bluish ones I'm pretty sure are for the lower end 800-900nm as Coherent
sells 21 emitter laser diodes in these ranges 800-1060nm only.
The SAC assemblies all have 21 tiny lenses for 21 emitters in a 1cm wide package.

All SAC lenses I will include 2 each of the tiny beryllia ceramic "columns" seen in pic next to FAC/SAC combo unit. These ceramic parts are almost the exact height of the glass versions (sorry I don't have any tiny pieces of glass) and  can be used on your own diodes that have a FAC lens already installed. You can build your own combo unit this way as can be glued with very tiny drops of silicone or Norland optical adhesive for high temperature preferably something with low or no out-gassing. I would put a small fan next to it while it cures to minimize out-gassing attaching to the optics.  . The distance of the space between the two lenses is 0.055".
