15cm by 9.5cm plain white page from a notebook or similar which as shown has been HAND SIGNED by Dan Quayle who from 1989 to 1993 was Vice President of the United States of America under President George H W Bush.

The signature was obtained at the 2007 Alfred Dunhill Links Championship Golf and also included is an original photograph taken at the time by the original owner.

I think the original owner was really a Golf collector but whilst at the tournament as well as a great number of Golf autographs he / she also obtained signatures from several celebrities and this was amongst them.
