We occasionally get new boxed units that were returned from their original purchase for one reason or another. We still put new cells in, and test while we're doing that. The boxes are sometimes weakened by their original shipment, in which case we strengthen or put the box inside one of our boxes.

The UPS has a built in networking card similar to the APC9630 generation. We reset these to manufacturer defaults + DHCP handshake for IP allocation.
We include our 12 month RTB warranty, but you may also be able to register with APC for their warranty. We do not guarantee this.
This UPS is an online design with an efficient power factor.
We normally ship configured to use as a rack UPS and include the L-Bracket ears (shown in the photos) that attach to the front of the UPS. Rails are not included but we often have used ones in stock.
The UPS is designed to be hard wired to a power source, or use a thick 32A cable and IEC309-32A input plug, or wire to the distribution point directly. We normally ship the UPS with no lead/plug but if we have one in stock we will include them free of charge.
They are a single phase input and output, online / double conversion type.
This is a current model UPS with the LCD screen for status and diagnosis. The Manufacturer is APC / Schneider electric - who are the market leader in UPS technology.
We thoroughly test all UPS. This includes a heavy load power failure simulation. All UPS are sold fully working unless otherwise stated. We are UPS Experts and our company specialises in UPS and associated hardware. This means you can have confidence in the hardware we supply, and we can provide our customers with excellent product support and guidance. Recently we have noticed that many other listings for UPS that are not ours have text that I wonder if we originally wrote as its sounds very similar. That is OK and imitation is a great form of flattery, but its worth remembering who offers 9-5 support, has 15 year trading experience and warehoused stock with full engineering facilities. This gives us the ability to provide a level of support and service which cannot be imitated. Perhaps these lines will be copied in due course?
Under normal circumstances most orders before 3PM are dispatched on the day of order. Large units / quantities may roll over to being dispatched the next day. Email if you need to be sure of when we can send an order. We try to meet all customer deadlines.
All of our consignments are sent fully insured on a 24 hour service with our carriers. We cover all problems that occur in transit. We can ship to the EU (transit time varies) and have experience packing and shipping to overseas destinations. The EU shipping costs are estimated only, please contact us for confirmation before ordering. Large UPS may be palletised or shipped with the UPS in one box, and the cells in another. We have the packing materials to make sure that there are few problems in transit. Our warehouse is based in the UK. VAT is included in the buy it now price, and if you are VAT registered you will be able to reclaim this. VAT Invoices are sent automatically as a PDF file, via email, as part of our automated dispatch process. |
