Extremely rare and collectible. New, Black and Chrome  .5mm Papermate PhD pencils.  Item shows some blemishes from inventory movement or shipping. No longer in production and hard to find. Voted best mechanical pencil! Supported by Physical Therapy association for its ergonomics. Excellent to teach children writing or for the elderly coping with arthritis. Very hard to find in new condition. If you have purchased from me before you know that the items will look and feel brand new.
