Postage for buyers in United Kingdom

Our UK Postage fees include the cost of postage and the cost of packaging.

Items will be shipped by Hermes. Items over £65 are not covered by Hermes, so

packages over this price will be sent with added insurance, which will be

included in the advertised postage and packaging fees.

Postage for international buyers

We offer International postage on most of our items. International purchases

will be sent via Royal Mail’s Tracked and Signed option. Items over £250 are

also sent with added insurance which will be included in the advertised postage

and packaging fees.

Please note that it is the buyer’s responsibility to check and pay for any

Import/Customs charges prior to purchase. As from March 2021 new rules have

been put into place for all countries receiving goods from the UK. We will

up the time between when the item is dispatched and when it is delivered to the

buyer. Should you refuse to pay any Customs Import charges, we cannot accept a

Larger items can be collected from our shop in Worthing, West Sussex and the

option to collect will be clearly stated on relevant listings. Please note that

payment for the items must be completed before collection.

Any return postage costs are to be paid by the buyer and cost of the item

P&P will be refunded. We will require photos of the item which clearly

indicate that the description does not reflect a realistic portrayal of the

item and this will be assessed on a case by case basis.

On the rare occasion your item should arrive damage, we require clear pictures

of the damaged item and packaging. A Full Refund will be issued. We may also

require you to return the item before a refund is issued.
