 Cascara Sagrada (Rhamnus purshiana) (bark) belonging to the family Rhamnaceae, native to western North America, it’s bark has been used in traditional medicine for gastrointestinal support. and it is has been used for decades for natural cleansing. 

Psyllium (Plantago ovata) (husk) Psyllium husk is a natural, water soluble, gel-reducing fiber that becomes mucilaginous when wet. The plant contains 70% soluble and 30% insoluble fiber.
