From the very early part of the last century, pain-staking hand-embroidery, great embroidered detail surrounding the entire piece.  Features a verse in Polish, a lovely farmer in front of a river with farm animals in the field.  Great primitive piece.

This would be stunning framed - made into a pillow -or used as a runner.
