Royal Mail announced fairly frequent strikes throughout mid-October and throughout November.  Please rethink your order.  With all my heart and commitment, I will carry out and send shipments, always on time, without delays!  However, I cannot be held responsible for Royal Mail delays.  I always send my parcels 24h full tracking.  Tracking is always added to your order and you can keep track of it.  So if you order shipments from me in October and November, you must be aware and take responsibility that Royal Mail may delay your shipment.  Please keep that in mind.  I am not responsible for postage delays and I will not refund for this.

1.Remember that you are buying a custom-made item. We don't have ready items. Shipping time is 5-7 business days, I always mark my shipping time in ebay settup.

(excluding weekends and public holidays) it is necessary to add a few days for delivery by Royal Mail

Sometimes the shipping time may be longer due to the number of orders, so always check the estimated delivery time.

We always do our best to ship your orders as quickly as possible, 

but take this time into account lest you be disappointed 

that it is not with you as fast as you would like. (Then add a few days for delivery)

2. Be accurate in the description. Use punctuation and capital letters when required because we copy information directly from your message.

We copy the text you sent to us. We are not correcting it in any way.

3. Watch out for mistakes. We make orders according to the first information from you.

4. Thoughtful shopping. We do not accept returns on personalised items

5.If you would like the item to be shipped to a different address, please change it during checkout. 

We do not guarantee that we will send your order to the address given to us in a separate message

6. Read descriptions carefully. We always provide detailed information.

7. For photos, please send good quality. We make an order from a photo that has been sent to us, regardless of the quality. 

Sometimes the effect is very poor due to the poor quality of the picture. Photos should be sent via ebay message or on our mail.

9. Remember to leave your order details. You can do this by adding a note to the order

 In the absence of details, I send a message with a request, then wait 2 days for a reply. 

If I do not receive any information within this time, the order will be send without personalisation, will be empty.

10. Remember! When buying an item made of wood, take into account that wood is a natural material. 

It may differ in color from itself. The color of the engraving can be different each time.

11.  Please leave a positive comment after successful order. If you are not satisfied for some reason, 

please contact us before posting a negative comment
