NHL Game Puck game used on March 4, 2014 in the New York Islanders vs. Winnipeg Jets game at MTS Centre. This puck is the
actual GOAL PUCK scored by COLIN McDONALD in the 1st period. The goal was assisted by Ryan Strome and Anders Lee
This was the 5th goal of the season for McDonald and the 13th goal of his
career. The puck features the Winnipeg Jets logo
on one side and the NHL logo on the opposite side. The puck is taped with the pertinent goal stats and is housed in the Jets sealed puck case with their Certificate of Authenticity included.
The Islanders won the game 3-2.
The assists were Ryan Strome and Anders Lee. Research shows that this was Lee’s 5th career point. Making it move special, it is his 1st point to own as he certainly kept his 1st goal puck and the other 3 points (2 goals and an assist) were earned at the Nassau Coliseum, which didn’t have a goal puck program at the time. This was the 2nd assist of of NHL career.
This was the 7th career point for Ryan Strome.
