Hokutolite it’s a very rare stone. It`s mined only in Taiwan and Japan, but now in Japan it`s designed as a natural treasure so is prohibited to mine it. That`s why Hokutolite it`s more expensive than other stone. 
Hokutokite have high concentrations of negative ions and far infrared rays, which can help increase metabolism and improve blood circulation. The good effect to the health are like going to a Japanese hot spring, so using it you can relax and get out of the tired of the day.
