This stunning antique art nouveau style hair clip is a really lovely example of the stunning hair accessories created around the early 1900's. The heavy brass or bronze closure has a moveable grip section to help the slide stay in the hair. The front of the slide is so pretty and ornate with swirls and flowers. Sadly but super noticeable, the main flower is missing a petal but otherwise the piece is in great, antique condition. There are no hallmarks or makers stamps on the hair slide, it was laser tested as sterling silver top and metal for the bottom clip section. It will be a lovely piece to wear in your hair for any special occasion.
