All of our orders are shipped via Parcelforce or Royal Mail.
Failed delivery attempts will be carded, and shown on the courier-tracking page. You must contact the courier to arrange re-delivery or collection. Failed deliveries returned to us will be refunded within 7 days less any charges for delivery.
We are unable to offer any combined shipping discounts; multiple items may be dispatched separately. We do not offer a collection service from our eBay operation.
All orders are subject to stock availability at the time of shipping. Please be aware that we cannot accept liability for any expenses incurred because of delayed or unsuccessful deliveries. Returns
Returns will be accepted as long as:
