We aim to ship goods the same day (excluding weekends) if ordered and paid before 4pm for parts, or 1pm for server or workstation builds (including next day).
For goods that ship on a pallet, there is a two-day lead time due to booking and collection by the freight company.
Goods up to 30kg are shipped with DPD Local to the UK, on a next day delivery service, or internationally with DHL on a 2-7 day service, depending on the destination.
Express Delivery - This is available on certain items at an additional cost.
All items sold are covered by our Zixtel 3 months return to base warranty, unless otherwise stated on the auction. We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If you are not happy for any reason, please contact us and we will be happy to help you. Unwanted items must be returned to us within 14 days of purchase, packed up safely so no damage in transit occurs.
If the parcel arrives to you in a damaged condition, you must sign for the package as damaged so that we can claim this with the courier, and you must let us know within 2 working days.
We will issue you with an RMA number for you to send the goods back to us if there is an issue. If goods are sent back with a clearly marked RMA number, they can be processed quickly.
We offer a 30-day money back guarantee if you just change your mind, but you must send the goods back packed in a safe and secure manner for transit. If goods are damaged on the way back to us because they have not been packed safely, you may not be refunded.
