Warranty info: Aqua Performance Inc., manufactures a high quality product. We take pride in assuring that our customers are satisfied. If the product proves defective due to material or workmanship, we will repair or replace it. We will warrant this at any time within 12 months from the date it is purchased by a retail customer. This warranty does not cover rubber or plastic parts, all of which wear and call for replacement under normal use.

This warranty also does not cover repair or replacement required do to accidental damage, misuse, abuse or alteration of the product.
