I have no problem combining orders for you, to save shipping costs. Shipping goes through PostNL, in my experience the most reliable shipping company in the Netherlands, which cooperates internationally with the better postal companies. I take very good care of every banknote and I pack it with the utmost care, to reduce the risk of damage during shipping to an absolute minimum.
