   Yes it shows use, because it WAS used and then stored in an attic. The two center pages show the most age, and damage, but that is still the rest of the booklet and the cover is still well attached. The only date I could find was 1916, but that just means it was printed closely after that, not before.  All pages show some age, but still such great information. Size flat and closed approx. 7" x  10 1/2"  The actual color of the cover is a pale green, not the strange color shown in the scans.  Questions, email me.
