Here are the steps you need to know when you assemble your item:

• First you must open the package to find all 3 elements in it (the sticker, magnetic car phone holder, and metal plate
• Remove the sticker from the metal plate and stick it to onto the cellphone. Then you must apply pressure for 60 seconds. 
• Then place your 3M sticker on the back of the magnetic holder. Apply the pressure for 60 Seconds.
• Then peel off the other side of the 3M Stickers, and stick it where you'd like to place your magnetic holder, for instance, your phone.
• After mounting, do not use it for a few hours to allow the adhesive to set firmly. Do not use any additional adhesive.
• There you go! You are now ready to use it!

Here are the simplified steps:

• Place the metal sheet on the back of the phone
• 3M double-sided adhesive attach to the magnetic holder mount
• Stick the holder on any smooth surface
• Put the phone having the metal sheet attached to it near to the holder
