We offer free UK delivery and dispatch all items on the same day when purchased before 12:00 AM. Orders placed at the weekend or Bank Holidays will be dispatched the following working day.

All of our items are sent by Royal Mail 48  unless stated otherwise. We have built our reputation of delivering items before the estimated delivery date but sometimes items do get delayed by Royal Mail and this is beyond our control.

Please allow up to 10 day on Royal Mail deliveries as delay happen. Please also check at your Local Royal Mail collection office, with your neighbor and at the post office before getting in contact with us. Many items are being left in these places and calling cards are not being left behind.

RETURNS

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase and offer a 30 days "no quibble" guarantee.
If you change your mind, or the purchase is not suitable, you may notify us to return the items within 30 days after purchase.

Items must be returned to us in a fully resalable condition, which means unused and in their original packaging. We cannot accept returns for items that have been assembled or used. Envobee Shrimp Company reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange on items deemed as not resalable. Items must be returned to us within 30 days of receipt and a note must be included stating your eBay user ID and reason for return. We recommend you return goods to us using our own Freepost address included with every order. We cannot be held responsible for missing goods or items damaged in transit. If you prefer we can also arrange for returns to be collected by our courier, but please be aware we are not responsible for return postage costs, which must be met by you, the customer.

Damaged or faulty goods:

Our products are of the highest quality and sold in good faith, but in the unlikely event that you have a problem with your item, or you receive faulty or damaged goods, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. It is important that you inspect your item and are happy with it before assembly or use, as we are unable to accept returns for faulty items that have been assembled or used.
