Ingredients:

Verisol® bovine collagen hydrolysate, rosehip extract (Rosa canina) standardised to 70% vitamin C, OptiMSM® organic sulphur (methylsulfonylmethane), frankincense resin extract (Boswellia serrata) standardised to 65% boswellic acids, gelatine (capsule shell).

Recommended intake:

3 capsules daily, preferably with a meal.
