IF YOU HAVE A 27” iMac with a full height MXM 3.0B type card (6970M)  you will need the MXM 3.0A (Smaller) Part # 730-0572 heat sink as well.

We want you to have a working system. That is the goal. But you must also do your research when it comes to the installation of any parts.

If you get a black screen at boot please power down your system and reset your PRAM

This card is plug and play to work in Apple iMac 2009-2011 models.

NOT COMPATIBLE WITH CORE 2 DUO SYSTEMS

You must use: new thermal compound, your original thermal pads placed on all chips other than the gpu die of the card and do not over-tighten the heat sink to the card
