John Bull NO SIZE TAG vest olive green utility military drawstring waist

This vest appears to be altered. I'm not sure if it was a jacket and arms cut off? There are some attached beading that appears to be done at home. No size tag. Please go by measurements in listing description. Please view all pictures for detail.
