You can choose the background colour and the text colour from a palette of over 16 million possible colours when customising your seating plan in our portal. *the border colour will remain white.
You will be asked to enter the details for the title, the names and the date along with how many tables you will have and the maximum number of guests per table, All you will need to to is add the table names and guest names in to the form. It's very simple, straight forward and quick.
Once you have done this, we will send you a copy via email to view before print it. This can all happen the same day.
We will post your seating plan rolled up inside a sturdy cardboard tube via a courier.
Note: The layout will change according to how many tables/guests you have, the more tables you have will mean there will be more tables in each row (the normal is 3) and the text will get smaller. The designs will accommodate up to 30 tables with 10 guests per table (300 guests). The less guests and tables you have the reverse will apply!
