1. The ambient temperature is not lower than +10 C and higher.
2. Prepare about 300 grams of water in the sprayer,
(preferably distilled water), and add to it
(pure soap without additives) a couple of drops or very finely
piece of solid. Mix well.
3. Prepare a felt spatula to remove from under
water and air drops stickers.
4. Prepare clean, non-marking wipes
particles.
5. Prepare Ethyl alcohol to remove fat from
surface.
6. Accurately measure the place for gluing.
7. Thoroughly clean the surface of the bonding area.
(Napkin with ethyl alcohol.)
8. Remove large portions of stickers from backing paper.(Large side drawing.)
9. Apply spray water to large parts
decals on the adhesive layer, and to the surface on which
stickers will be applied.
10. Paste the sticker on the surface you need,
secure the sticker by pushing it into place and extrude
Accumulated drops of water with a spatula, removing drops
water to the edge of the sticker.
11. ATTENTION. The small parts of the stickers, they are covered with a transparent transfer film, must be pasted on the engine cover without water. For gluing small parts of stickers, they are covered with a translucent transfer film. We remove these parts from the
substrate (paper), together with small stickers, so that the small parts of the stickers are removed from the substrate along with the translucent film. Now we apply everything together on a dry surface. We press very well to the surface, while each particle of the stickers is well pressed. After that, the translucent film is removed, and small parts of the stickers remain glued to the engine covers.
12. After pasting, you need to wait about 24 hours.
Attention.
You do not need to test for strength.
Good bonding takes 2-3 days.
